Rates are per room per night including taxes and
breakfast. Minimum stay 2 nights, credit cards accepted.
Due to the nature of the property we are unable
to accept children under 12 years.
A non refundable deposit required at time of booking of
30%, with the balance due on the weekof arrival.
A single bed can be added to the rooms at a cost of euro
50 per night.
Check in is between 15.00hrs and 19.00 hrs outside
these times by arrangement.
Check out is 11.00 hrs
All rooms are non smoking. Smoking is allowed outside.
Cancellation Policy - The 30% deposit is non refundable,
cancellation more than 2 weeks prior to arrival no further
charge. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival the
full amount is payable.
